Resident Survey Results for 2021

Thank you to all those who took the time to provide your feedback for our 2021 Resident and Family Satisfaction Survey on what is working well and where there are opportunities.  We are pleased to report that 92% of Residents and Families that responded expressed they are satisfied with the quality of care and services in the home, and 94% would recommend Lanark Lodge as a Long-Term Care home of choice.  Overall, our Residents feel they have a voice, with 92% expressing they can share their issues or concerns without fear of consequence.
